His Royal Highness (HRH) Prince Turki Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is Founder and Trustee of the King Faisal Foundation and Chairman of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies. HRH was appointed Advisor at the Royal Court in 1393H/1973. In 1397H/1977, HRH was appointed Director-General of the General Intelligence Directorate (GID), Saudi Arabia’s main foreign intelligence service, with the rank of Minister, and headed the GID until 1422H/2001. In 1423H/2002, HRH was appointed Saudi Arabian Ambassador to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. HRH served in the position until 1426H/2005 when he was appointed Saudi Arabian Ambassador to the United States of America. He retired in 1428H/2007.

Amer Bisat, PhD., Managing Director, is Head of Emerging Markets (EM) Fixed Income and a member of the Fundamental-GFI Executive Committee. In this role, he oversees the team managing the EM portfolios totaling approximately $35 billion across hard currency, local and corporate debt instruments. Dr. Bisat's service with the firm dates to 2013. Before BlackRock, he was a partner in two macro hedge funds and held portfolio management responsibilities at Morgan Stanley and UBS. Between 1991 and 1998, he was a senior economist at the International Monetary Fund where he helped negotiate high-profile programs with Russia, Ukraine, and Egypt.
Dr. Bisat taught graduate level economics courses at Columbia University, co-authored a book on globalization, and academic and policy papers on growth and financial sector development. He was the former Chairman of the Arab Bankers Association of North America and is a trustee of several cultural and art institutions. He sits on the Advisory Council of the Carnegie Middle East Center and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Dr. Bisat earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the American University of Beirut and a PhD in economics and finance from Columbia University.

Since joining the Saudi Exchange in 2015, she led the introduction of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and the Nomu parallel market, and was part of the project management team for listing Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest IPO. Previously, Noelle worked in strategy consulting at PricewaterhousCoopers (PwC) where she advised several private and public entities.
